AOD FINERY
AOD finery put into production on Apr., 16, 2005 applies AOD refining technique. With good property in decarbonization , desulphurization and deoxidation , it is specially suitable for special materials casting ( stainless steel ) and continuos casting and die casting, which ensures high quality of casting and reduce finishing work in later polishing stage. It can refine stainless steel such as 304:202:201.
CONTINUOUS BRIGHT-ANNEALING FURNACE
Applying technology of electric heating, hydrogen protection, level continuity, fluid knife cleaning and high-speed convention cooling, electrical control equipment applies direct-current digital device power supply and PLC program control, which ensures stable annealing property and surface quality.
